Als internationaal kinderdagverblijf zijn we trots op ons diverse en multiculturele personeel. Met 15 verschillende nationaliteiten leren we de beste praktijken in de kinderopvang van over de hele wereld.
Alle leerkrachten zijn pedagogisch geschoold en gekwalificeerd, maar wat hen echt onderscheidt is hun oprechte liefde voor kinderen en hun vriendelijke en verzorgende temperament.
De medewerkers van Funtazia geven elk kind de aandacht die het nodig heeft en verdient. De gekwalificeerde medewerkers begrijpen ook dat elk kind uniek is, met zijn eigen persoonlijkheid, leerstijl en familieachtergrond. Funtazia wijst elk kind een mentor toe, zodat de vooruitgang en ontwikkeling van het kind op de voet gevolgd kan worden. En via de communicatie-app “KidsKonnect” kunnen ouders er zeker van zijn dat ze regelmatig op de hoogte worden gehouden van de dag van hun kind.
